Terms of Service

Section 1. Acceptance

By accessing SmartCryptoRadar (the "Service") at smartcryptoradar.ai or any subdomain, by creating an account, or by subscribing to our briefings or newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Section 2. Service Description

SmartCryptoRadar is a digital information service that publishes research, briefings, scores, and structured data about the cryptocurrency market. The Service is read-only. It does not custody funds, execute orders, or hold any virtual asset on behalf of users. Outputs include market briefings, the CoreX Score for centralized exchanges, pattern analogues, and curated newsletter summaries.

Section 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Service is permitted under the laws of the country you reside in or are accessing the Service from. Where local law restricts the publication or receipt of cryptocurrency-related information, you must not use the Service.

Section 4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or any other technical control; (b) scrape the Service at a rate that degrades it for other users; (c) republish paid content outside permitted excerpts; (d) use the Service to harass, defame, or send unsolicited communication to any party; or (e) use the Service in connection with any activity prohibited by the laws of the United Arab Emirates or your local jurisdiction. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of this section.

Section 5. Affiliate Links and Compensation

SmartCryptoRadar participates in affiliate programs operated by certain cryptocurrency exchanges and other third-party services. When a link on the Service is an affiliate link, we may receive a commission, rebate, or other compensation if you click that link and complete a qualifying action (such as creating an account, completing identity verification, or trading) with the linked third party. Affiliate links carry no extra cost to you; the price, fees, or terms you receive from the third party are the same whether you arrive via our link or directly.

Affiliate links are visually marked on the Service with a small "(a)" icon adjacent to the link. We disclose the existence of these relationships here and on every page that contains an affiliate link. Affiliate status is not an input to the CoreX Score, the ranking of any list, the contents of any briefing, or the selection of any signal. Sort order on every list is strictly the underlying score descending. We may at our discretion add, remove, or change affiliate relationships at any time. If a third party's commission rate changes, this does not retroactively change any score or ranking we have published.

We do not accept payment in exchange for inclusion in briefings, favorable ranking, or favorable commentary. We do not accept payment to omit material information. Sponsored placements, where they exist, are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" and are kept structurally separate from editorial content.

Section 6. Information Service — Not Investment Advice

SmartCryptoRadar is an information service. Nothing published, displayed, or transmitted through the Service — including briefings, scores, pattern analogues, alerts, newsletter summaries, and chat outputs — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any virtual asset or financial instrument, or a personal recommendation of any kind. We are not registered or licensed as a financial adviser, broker, dealer, or investment manager in any jurisdiction. The Service is general in nature and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation, or needs.

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and carry the risk of partial or total loss. Historical pattern analogues describe past outcomes only and are not predictions or guarantees of future performance. Before acting on any information presented through the Service, you should conduct your own research and consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction. You alone are responsible for your decisions and for any resulting gains or losses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any information published through the Service.

Section 7. Intellectual Property

All content published through the Service — including text, scores, charts, briefings, the CoreX Score formula, software, and the SmartCryptoRadar trademarks — is owned by CoreX — AI Software Innovations DMCC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Service for non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, redistribute, or use our content to train any machine-learning system without our prior written consent.

Section 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreX — AI Software Innovations DMCC and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (i) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim and (ii) one hundred United Arab Emirates dirhams.

Section 9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any reason consistent with applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, and 12 — will survive.

Section 10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where material changes affect users with active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice via email before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service that is not resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence override this clause, those laws apply to the extent required.
